We are looking for a 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 to join us at The White Bull Inn!
We are a small pub located in 𝗥𝗔𝗙 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗯𝘆, 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲. We have established regular clientele but also welcome large numbers of holiday makers from the local holiday resort.
We regularly receive great feedback on our food and service, and would love to work with someone keen to keep the momentum!
𝐃𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐃𝐄 -
🔴Assist during Breakfast (9am - 11:30am) Lunch (12pm - 3pm) and Evening service (5pm - 8:30pm) ensuring everything runs smoothly.
🔴 A good knowledge in food safety is very important - all additional training and support will be given on the job by our owner and head chef with well over 20 years experience in the industry.
🔴Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with our established specs and methods.
🔴Follow established food safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
🔴Observe food inventory, list low stock items to be ordered, and control stock levels to minimise waste.
🔴Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service delivery
𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐒 𝐖𝐄'𝐃 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐄𝐄 -
🟢Some previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is ideal.
🟢Initiative and capacity for independent work.
🟢Solid knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
🟢Familiarity with restaurant operations, customer service, and serving practices.
🟢Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
🟢Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills!
This position offers a great opportunity for a dedicated culinary professional to showcase their abilities, or for an up and coming chef to prove their skills in a fast paced kitchen!
