Little Katie-Lee from Coleraine joined us for a family celebration and completely stole the show alongside the amazing Katelynn Marie at our weekly Thursday Open Mic Night 🎤

From the first note, the room was smiling – proving once again that great music (and a bit of confidence!) has no age limit 😍

A huge welcome to Charlie, who joined our team today at the Old Courthouse in Coleraine — and absolutely smashed his first shift! 🙌

Charlie is new to the hospitality industry, and we’re really excited to be part of the start of his journey with us. He was welcomed and supported throughout the day by our Senior Floor Supervisor, Leah, helping him settle in and hit the ground running.

We love welcoming people into this industry — it’s hard work, but incredibly rewarding.
