Slow-roasted until beautifully tender and richly filled with tomato, onion, and currants, our Hearth-Roasted Aubergine is served with rustic sautéed potatoes and packed with deep, comforting flavour in every bite.

It’s completely vegetarian and vegan — but honestly, we’d recommend it to absolutely anyone who walks through our doors. This is one of those dishes that surprises people in the best possible way. Rich, hearty, full of character, and something a little different from the usual.
