A good glass of w**e can bring people together, but the right space keeps them coming back 🍷❤
If you’ve been part of our story for a while, you might already know that we’ve had the pleasure of hosting Colchester W**e Club in the upstairs space of Other Monkey Brewing Taproom every month for over a year now. Organised by Niels from **es , one of Colchester’s independent w**e merchants and our very own w**e supplier, these evenings bring together people who share a genuine curiosity and appreciation for w**e.
Last night was another wonderful example, as we welcomed Jeremy, founder and w**emaker of Painted Wolf W**es, who took guests on a journey through his award-winning South African w**es. Beyond producing exceptional w**es, Painted Wolf has a rather special mission. The boutique w**ery donates 5% of its annual turnover towards the conservation of the endangered African wild dog, combining a passion for w**emaking with a commitment to protecting wildlife 🐾
And the good news? You can now enjoy two of their w**es right here at Three Wise Monkeys! 🍷
We’re delighted to have an excellent red and white from Painted Wolf available by the glass, so you can discover a little of what made last night so special for yourself. But beyond the w**e, evenings like these remind us why we love what we do. We’re incredibly grateful to be trusted as a home for events that bring people together, encourage curiosity and create genuine connections. Whether it’s a private gathering, a monthly club or an evening dedicated to discovering something new, there’s something particularly rewarding about seeing familiar faces return, new friendships form and our spaces become part of people’s traditions.
