Lees of Scotland was established in 1931, and today produces a range of products under the Lees brand, including Snowballs, Teacakes and Meringues at its modern factory in Coatbridge. We continue to innovate and are very happy to discuss new product ideas with our customers.

Lees’ Snowballs… but make it a milkshake 👀

All you need is:

• 2-3 Lees’ Snowballs
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 250ml milk

Drizzle chocolate sauce around the rim of your glass.
Add the Snowballs, ice cream and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into the glass, then finish with a Lees’ Snowball on top.

Liz has been with Lees since 1999, starting in the factory, moving to reception, and now running our factory shop with a big smile and plenty of energy.

She’s a real asset to the team and knows a thing or two about all our tasty treats.
