This week is - a week of celebrating children’s hospices and the vital care they provide to seriously ill children and their families.
Rainbows is the only children’s hospice in the East Midlands, providing palliative and end-of-life care for babies, children and young people living with serious or terminal conditions across the region. 🌈
Our team at the hospice provide expert round-the-clock care and helps families make precious memories together when they come for visits, giving parents a chance to rest without worrying about being a carer or medical needs. ❤️
Our specialist Hospice at Home Team provides expert care at home to support a family wherever they are and fulfil their family’s wish at the end of life, to ensure they have a choice of where they want their child to be in their final days.
We have dedicated Nurses based in hospitals across the county to ensure that Rainbows are there from the very beginning.
Simply put, Rainbows are there for families, wherever it is needed – at hospice, at home or in hospital. 🌈
