Another spooky Salthouse story for you…

Again near the toilets👀

One morning, in the early hours I moved the tables and chairs to the top area where the ladies' toilets are so I could polish the floors. I spent a good hour waxing the floors before I put the tables and chairs back. I then left and went to sleep for a few hours before returning to the pub, and when I walked in, the chairs and tables had been moved back to the top area. I thought I had moved them back, thinking maybe I didn't but I decided to check the cameras to double check I wasn't losing the plot… the tables and chairs definitely did move, within a split second the camera glitched and the chairs and tables moved back to the top. Now there is no explanation for this other than something we don't know about, a deeper entity or something I just really don't know how it happened. I've seen a lot of things at the pub, things move, seeing someone in the corner of my eye, and actually seeing a man in a top hat and trench coat walk through the disabled toilets, but this one really did confuse me and I question so much now. I'm glad whatever is at the pub is friendly. - Gary

Some of you have been waiting to hear some stories, and as promised we are going to tell them👻

This one is from a staff member who doesn't mess around and didn't believe in ghosts until this day👀

One morning, I was just doing the cleaning as usual and I saw a lady in a long white dress walk into the women's toilets. I thought to myself perhaps Sandi or Andrea let her in to use the bathroom so I waited outside until she came out so that I could carry on cleaning and to my surprise, no one came out. I asked both Sandi and Andrea if they had seen a lady in a long white dress come out and they both said no. I went in and checked the toilets and there was no one there… No one ever walked into those toilets except for the friendly ghost he saw 👀 This is a true story and only 2 people have seen a “woman” in a white dress in the last 20+ years we have had the pub.
