There’s nothing quite like a Sunday in the village… good food, good company and a relaxed afternoon at your favourite local pub ❤️

This week we’re serving our delicious Sunday Menu from 12pm–6pm, packed with everything from traditional roast dinners with unlimited gravy 🤤 to tasty small plates perfect for sharing.

Tonight’s the night, witches! 🖤👻 We’re open from 5pm, with the party kicking off at 6:30pm onwards! 🎃

Get your fancy dress on, bring your dancing shoes and get ready for a night of spooky sounds, a buffet and plenty of Halloween fun! 🪩💀

❤️ Can you help us spread a little kindness? ❤️

We’ve been kindly given some catering-sized (2.6kg) tins of baked beans and would love to pass them on to someone who could put them to good use! 🥫

If you know of a local soup kitchen, food bank, homeless shelter or community group who could make use of them, please drop us a message or tag them below. We’d much rather see them go to someone who needs them than go to waste. ❤️

Well lovely people… it wouldn’t be Halloween at The Wheatsheaf without celebrating Hanaween! 🧡🎃

We’ll be celebrating Hana’s birthday in true Halloween style, from 6:30pm onwards for an evening of good food, drinks, music, laughs and a little bit of spooky fun. 👻🍂

🧙‍♀️ Fancy dress is a must! The scarier, sillier or more creative, the better!
🎶 Music throughout the evening
🍴 A buffet to enjoy
🥂 And, of course, plenty of drinks and good old-fashioned Wheatsheaf vibes!

Halloween has always been a special one for us, not least because it means celebrating our lovely Hana’s birthday too! 🧡 So we’re looking forward to bringing everyone together for one last Hanaween and making some lovely memories with all of you.
