There’s nothing quite like a Sunday in the village… good food, good company and a relaxed afternoon at your favourite local pub ❤️

This week we’re serving our delicious Sunday Menu from 12pm–6pm, packed with everything from traditional roast dinners with unlimited gravy 🤤 to tasty small plates perfect for sharing.

🎄✨ Our Christmas Party Menu is here! ✨🎄

It’s nearly that time of year again, and we’re getting very excited for all the lovely festive get-togethers here at The Wheatsheaf. ❤️

Whether it’s a family get-together, a catch-up with friends or your Christmas work do, come and enjoy some good food, good company and a little bit of Christmas magic with us.

Our festive menu will be running from Wednesday 2nd December until Wednesday 23rd December, with lots of delicious seasonal favourites to choose from — including a proper Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, and some gorgeous festive puddings to finish.

2 courses £29.95 | 3 courses £34.95

The menu is available excluding Sundays and Wednesdays before 5pm, and pre-order is required.

🎁 A £10 per adult deposit will be taken when making your booking.

It might be a cold one out there today, but there’s something quite lovely about a cosy Friday in the village… good food, a few drinks, lots of laughs and nowhere else you need to be 🥰

Our main menu is served all day, with our lunch menu running until 4pm if you fancy joining us a little earlier 🍽️

There’s nothing more festive than getting together with friends, family or workmates, enjoying a cosy evening at The Wheatsheaf and getting creative while the Christmas season gets underway. 🌿✨

Join us this year for our Wreath Making Workshops, where you’ll have everything you need to create your very own beautiful Christmas wreath to take home, with guidance along the way from our wonderful host Clare🎄🌿

👻 THE FINAL HANAWEEEN AT THE WHEATSHEAF! 👻

Well lovely people… it wouldn’t be Halloween at The Wheatsheaf without celebrating Hanaween! 🧡🎃

And this year is a little bit special, as it will be our last Halloween here at The Wheatsheaf — so we’d love for you all to come along and celebrate with us! 🥹🖤

We’ll be celebrating Hana’s birthday in true Halloween style, from 6:30pm onwards for an evening of good food, drinks, music, laughs and a little bit of spooky fun. 👻🍂

🧙‍♀️ Fancy dress is a must! The scarier, sillier or more creative, the better!
🎶 Music throughout the evening
🍴 A buffet to enjoy
🥂 And, of course, plenty of drinks and good old-fashioned Wheatsheaf vibes!

Halloween has always been a special one for us, not least because it means celebrating our lovely Hana’s birthday too! 🧡 So we’re looking forward to bringing everyone together for one last Hanaween and making some lovely memories with all of you.
