Base: Truffle cream + fior di latte
Toppings: Chestnut mushrooms + caramelised herb potatoes
Finished after baking: Thin slices of bresaola, a generous pile of fresh arugula (rocket), and a heavy grating of Parmigiano.
Beautiful white pizza with great contrast between the rich creamy base, earthy mushrooms & potatoes, salty bresaola, and peppery arugula.
