The former Elm Tree Inn is going to auction on the 26th at SDL auction in Derby. The following link provides all of information on planning, design, building regs etc to support the sale. It's a small start but the new laundry room extension foundation is complete. Major construction will start in the new year.

We fixed the old coach house door again today afer vandalism and cleared some weeds ahead of work on the foundations later on this week.

I can confirm that we have not sold the Elm Tree to Weatherspoons or anyone else! 😂

All confirmed. We don't need to install lifts in the shops for access to the first floor, so we can put in for planning permission for both floors in the retail units to be used - result 😆
