If this is what June tastes like… we’re very ready for summer 🍓☀️
A little look at two of the dishes joining our June menu at The Bell, and honestly, the kitchen has outdone itself again.
To start: cured beef bresaola with fresh figs, rocket, Cotswold Gold and parmesan. Salty, sweet, peppery and exactly the sort of thing you want with a cold glass of wine in the garden.
And for dessert… fresh raspberry tart with crème pâtissière, raspberry coulis and coconut ice cream. Light, fresh and very hard to share.
We’ve been leaning into seasonal flavours, beautiful local produce and dishes that feel made for long June evenings in the Cotswolds. This menu is shaping up to be a very good one 🤍
