It is with great sadness we have to inform you, Encore is now permanently closed. Dues to unsustainable rising cost it has become impossible to continue trading.

Like all our menu descriptions, they couldn't possibly describe all the effort gone into making them.

"Salt baked celeriac, zesty green beans, roasted tomatoes, salsa verde, crushed pistachios."

This celeriac is encased in it's own salted pastry cocoon and baked for three hours. The pastry is then cracked open to reveal a tender, cured, packed with flavour, centre piece to this tasty dish.

We only introduced this dish last Thursday and It is already a massive hit with our guests...

"Seared chicken breast supreme with a rich cider sauce (in a pot on the side so you can pour over the succulent chicken or mash), creamy herb mash, parsley, charred onions and roasted roots, crispy kale shard and root crisps." (chefs kiss!)

🥟🍜This one is a personal one for me...🥢🪭

My soulmate Michelle happens to be half Japanese, and half Yorkshire but that's another story. We were also lucky to visit her family earlier this year and I've been anticipating what Encore's chefs could do with a menu inspired by the land of the rising sun.
