We're reopening Shepherds Hall Ale House & Victoria Rooms in Chorley — and we're on the hunt for something a bit special to go with it.

We've got a room with its own street entrance, sitting right alongside the pub. Perfect for a street food trader who wants a proper base — not just another market stall, but somewhere to build real roots.

Serve walk-in trade off your own door AND feed hungry pub-goers in the soon to be busy again pub next door. Best of both worlds.

We're not after boring or beige or something that is already in town.

We want modern, tasty, a bit different — traditional done brilliantly is fine too, as long as it's got personality and vibes.
