💙 Dementia Support Surgery – Thursday 15th October 💙

We’re pleased to be hosting the second Dementia Support Surgery here at The Fieldfare, Chorley, in partnership with Chorley Dementia Action Group.

This is an opportunity for people living with dementia, their families and carers to come along and speak directly with a range of local and national services.

Whether you’re looking for support, advice, information or simply don’t know where to start, there will be people available to help you and point you in the right direction. 💙

Come along, have a chat, find some support and discover the services available across Chorley.
