We are thrilled to have received 3 stars, yet again, from The Sustainable Restaurant Association.
The 2026 score represents the highest rating in their Food Made Good certification, indicating an exceptional, top-tier commitment to sustainability. It signifies that a restaurant has achieved a score of 70% or higher across three main pillars: sourcing (local/seasonal), society (staff welfare), and environment (waste/energy).
Our commitment to these pillars and to being as sustainable as we can, remains a key focus for us and we are thrilled to have been acknowledged for our continued work towards a greener goal.
