My apologies to all our regulars and patrons for weeks it has been a battle, financially. I do understand the frustration and worries about the stability of the patriot arms.
As from 8th Sept things will finally change. Because Alan Walters is still officially the lease holder and everything is in his name but after this date he’ll be gone. Credit zero Etc.4 more weeks soldiering thru I can promise you the patriot arms will survive and become alive again after that date.
As everyone is aware now, it is me and the girls, Jenna( gobby) and emie ( lightning,girl). I could of easily walked away 5 weeks ago, and then the pub would of been shut until, eviction of Alan. Legally the pub would of had to close untill then.i love this village and people, hence why I am still fighting.
Everyone can talk and trust me, know one is more embarrassed about shortage of stock know at the moment than we are.
I am aware of gossip, talk etc, all I ask is that you take 5 minutes of your time, and think about the situation that the girls and myself are in, yet we still here.
The reason I fell in love with this pub and village was the hearts of the people that drink here.
The heart might skip a beat but please help us get that heart beat in rhythm again.
If any customer has questions etc pull me to oneside and ask, not to jump to gossip conclusions.as you are all aware, I am real, and say things how it is, but I am human believe it or not and hurt the same as everyone else.thanks
