To My Wonderful Customers, Friends and Community

After 8 incredible years of pouring pints, plating delicious food, sharing laughs, and creating memories, it is with a heavy heart that I announce the permanent closure of The Cat Head. This decision has not been made lightly, but the rising costs of running a business in today’s economy have made it impossible for me to continue.

My last day of trading will be Sunday 18th May.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who walked through my doors, raised a glass, and made this pub more than just a business—it was a home. The friendships forged, celebrations shared, and stories told within these walls will stay with us forever.

To my amazing staff, past and present—thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the heart you put into making The Cat so special. We were and are a family. To my loyal customers—thank you for your support, laughter, and for being part of my journey.

While this chapter has come to an end, the memories will live on. I know that this will come as a shock to many of you, but I hope you’ll raise a glass to the good times we shared, wherever you may be.

We are looking for a new owner or tenant so please do share with your friends who may be interested and let us know!
