The noble fa**ot. Not much to look at but a true joy to eat.

This beauty is made from minced venison hearts, lungs, liver, kidneys & trim then wrapped in caul fat found around the stomach of the deer

They are then braised in stock & onions to produce this glowing ball of heaven

Resting on a bed of good old fashioned swede & carrot mash, it’s the perfect meal for this time of year
