A recent installation in this stunning cottage style flat

We supplied and fitted engineered oak flooring from Xylo Flooring Richmond range, featuring a traditional tongue and groove profile, installed over a 3.6mm acoustic underlay. The natural character of the wood complements the property perfectly, creating a warm and timeless finish throughout.

Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year to you all.
It’s been a fantastic year for us, with plenty of exciting projects already lined up for next year. We loved finishing this stunning new home just in time for Christmas, j2flooring Natural Timbers – Naked Oak Parquet throughout the ground floor. The final finish is absolutely stunning, and so is that view.

Our recent project: we’ve fitted Primo Ultra – Cloudy Bay upstairs in this newly renovated home.

In the next few weeks, we’ll be installing herringbone flooring throughout the entire ground floor — stay tuned!

This week we supplied and fitted Brampton Chase – Willow Oak in a beautifully renovated Oxford home, bringing a warm oak feel throughout the ground floor.

We also installed Victoria Carpets – Freedom Extra Canvas from the stairs upwards, flowing seamlessly into all the bedrooms.

Another stunning natural sisal finish for this unique staircase and home.

Because sisal is a natural product, we bond the underlay to the floor and use carpet adhesive to fully bond the sisal to the underlay. When cutting in, we also apply an additional adhesive behind the blind gripper to prevent any fraying or shrinkage.

This process ensures a seamless finish that will continue to look as if it was fitted yesterday!

The customers had recently built an annex and wanted a way to maximise the open plan living area floor with carpet, so we recommended a curve around the kitchen area where we had fitted LVT, which turned out to be a lovely feature. We then carpeted the hallway and bedroom using suitable underlay for underfloor heating.

We fitted Bramptonchase Stones – Cotswold in this lovely cottage. After removing the old flooring, we plyboarded and applied a flexible smoothing compound to achieve a perfectly smooth finish before installing the new floor.

We went for a unique style here – a fully fitted carpet with cloth-bound edges. It adds real character and makes the staircase the standout feature as you step through the front door.

We also finished the landing and three bedrooms in the same carpet, with LVT in the ensuite and a cushioned vinyl in the bathroom for a complete look throughout the home.

We loved fitting this sisal runner in this stunning house, giving the oak staircase a beautiful feature. Our customer had made some good decisions on the colours from the cloth binding to the stunning brass stair rod bars by Stairrodsuk & Sisal by Kersaint Cobb and templated by ourselves.
