We’re looking for an ambitious General Manager to take the lead at The Red Lion Tavern in Chipping Campden and make a real impact on the business.
You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, shape the venue, build a brilliant team and be rewarded for the results you deliver.

You might already be an experienced GM, or you could be a high-performing Deputy or Assistant GM ready to take that next step.

- £32,000–£37,000 basic + performance bonus
- Potential earnings of up to £45,000
- Based in the heart of the Cotswolds
- Career development within a growing hospitality group
