I know I have been very absent from this page since the terrible fire back in March! I just wanted to say how greatful I am for all you lovely messages of support during this really difficult time for me and my family!
People have been asking me what I have been up to..... I have taken some time out! Spending some quality time with my little boy Raffy and Emma.

You can catch me on the Miele Chef Demo Stage during the Saturday evening session on 18th June serving up some incredible dishes. I’d love to see you there! We are heartbroken to share the news that our beloved pub suffered from a devastating fire in recent weeks, causing considerable damage.
However, the most important thing is that no one was injured.
Thank you for your support over the years and through this difficult time but we of course endeavour to come back bigger and better and with our incredible team.
