Pen y fan.....the highest peak in south Wales ⛰️ the one the SAS use for their training, is now going to be tackled by Phil and Jaiden (along with other team members from pubs in our area)

But doing it just a hike would be too easy 😅 so instead we are all climbing it wearing giant blue inflatable costumes 🔵

Why you may ask? (Phil certainly did) well to raise money for prostate cancer uk of course!

Here are some facts and figures as to why we want to help raise money:

Diagnosis Rate: Over 64,000 men are diagnosed every year.
Lifetime Risk: 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime.
Black Men: The risk is significantly higher; 1 in 4 Black men will be diagnosed.
Living with Prostate Cancer: Around 540,000 men in the UK are living with or after a diagnosis.
Mortality: More than 12,000 men die from the disease every year, averaging about one death every hour in England alone.

We want to do our bit and spread awareness, and raise as much money as possible for this amazing cause
