**UPDATE**
Just want to say thankyou for all your wonderful messages, I'm replying as often as internet and my consciousness will allow :p

Still in hospital but we have an answer and it's all good (well its wrecked but theres a solution), nothing to worry about.
Consent forms signed, just waiting to find out where I am on the list... and then after a very quick surgery to remove my gallbladder I should be fine (in 6 to 8 weeks).

God it feels good to finally know what's causing my pain 😅

So yeah bless you all for your kind words, thankfully ended up being something simple :) definitely made the right call driving to A&E last night!
