A big thank you to all that came out on Friday night, it was a wonderful evening and a really nice last kick of the ball!

I would like to thank all of our customers that have visited the OG since we opened, and we were truly humbled by some of the lovely things that have been said about the place.

Our biggest thanks go to the incredible staff we were fortunate to work with during this relatively short time. It wasn’t the beer, the wine, or the décor that created such a wonderful atmosphere — it was you lot. We’re truly grateful.

The weekend is here, and we hope everyone had a lovely New Year! 🥳

As we know, the 9th is creeping up on us, which means we only have one week left of Original Gravity 🥺

But don’t worry! On Friday the 9th of January, we’re inviting everyone to a little get-together to celebrate OG, and all the amazing people and memories we’ve shared over the last 8 months.

Wishing everyone a great time tonight and a happy new year!

We are open from 12 today until 8.
With our planing permissions only allowing us to serve till 10, we thought we would give you time to get settled in another venue before the bells start ringing and also allow our fantastic staff to enjoy the evening.

Closed tomorrow then back open as normal on Friday.

After much consideration we have made the tough decision to announce the closure of Original Gravity. After an incredibly busy summer, the colder weather brought a sudden 50% drop in trade. Combined with proposed increases in running costs and business rates, we can no longer keep the business viable in its current form.

We want to sincerely thank all of our customers for your support and for helping create such a fantastic atmosphere—we truly couldn’t have asked for better. A huge thank-you also goes to our amazing staff, whose hard work and spirit made the place what it was.

We will be trading as advertised until the end of December and then on reduced hours for the first two weeks of January.

Thank you for everything.
