Here’s a little glimpse of this iconic Queen number, sang beautifully by our very own Laura Ashby.

Imagine it LIVE, with the atmosphere, the lighting, our band, and all the emotion that only theatre can bring.

🎸 WE WILL ROCK YOU! 🎸

Really excited to be starring in Chesterfield Operatic Society’s production of We Will Rock You, taking on the role of Kashoggi, the Head of Police! 👮‍♂️

It’s a fantastic character, a brilliant show and, most importantly, I’m lucky to be surrounded by such a wonderfully talented cast.

The rehearsals have been full of energy, plenty of laughs and, of course, some of the greatest music ever written! 🤘🎤

I can’t wait to get this one on stage and for everyone to see what we’ve been working on.

We Will Rock You… and Kashoggi is ready! 🎸⚡️

I’m incredibly proud, grateful, and truly honoured to share that I’ll be playing Galileo in Chesterfield Operatic Society’s production of We Will Rock You. ❤️🎸

Being trusted with such an iconic role is something I don’t take lightly, and I’m so thankful to everyone involved for believing in me. Galileo is a character I’ve admired for a long time, so the opportunity to bring him to life is one I’ll treasure.

What makes this experience even more special is the people I’ll be sharing it with. Not only do we have an unbelievably talented cast, production team, orchestra and crew, but I’ll also have the joy of performing alongside my partner and my sister. Sharing something I love so much with two people who mean the world to me makes this journey even more special, and I’m incredibly lucky to have them by my side. ❤️

I genuinely feel privileged to be surrounded by so much talent, passion and dedication. The hard work already going into this production is incredible, and I know we’re going to create something really special together.

Queen’s music has brought people together for generations, and it’s a real honour to celebrate that legacy. I’ll be giving this role everything I’ve got, and I can’t wait to help create some magic with this amazing company.

So, don’t stop me now—the journey is only just beginning, and the show must go on! 👑🎭

Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. It means more than you know, and I can’t wait to share this experience with you all.

See you at the Winding Wheel! ❤️ You can grab your tickets here https://chesterfieldtheatres.co.uk/events/we-will-rock-you/
