Wow! Where do we even begin?
We are all absolutely bursting with pride after our afternoon at the NODA East Midlands Award Day ❤️🎭❤️
Not 1, 2, 3 or even 4 awards for COS… but an incredible 5 awards! 😲😲😲
To receive recognition in every single category we were nominated for is beyond anything we could have imagined — and to top it all off with a Special Recognition Award celebrating 120 years of COS and our contribution to amateur theatre, made the day even more emotional and unforgettable.
Huge congratulations to Karl Brennan-Collis (Best Director, for ‘Jamie’), Evan Alexander (Outstanding Performance in a Musical as ‘Jamie’ in ‘Everybody’s Talking about Jamie’), Larissa Wallington (Outstanding Performance in a Musical as ‘Dorothy’ in ‘The Wizard of Oz’) and the entire cast & crew of ‘Everybody’s Talking about Jamie’ for Best Musical (Region 2)! And also, Congratulations to Sarah Morrell who was also nominated for Outstanding Performance in a Musical for Margaret in ‘Everybody’s Talking about Jamie’
These awards are a reflection of the passion, dedication, talent, friendship, and sheer hard work that goes into every single production, both on stage and behind the scenes ❤️
