Welcome to Chester Games Club. We welcome everyone with an interest in Boardgames, RPG's, CCG's and other Geek-related TLA's (Three Letter Acronyms). We meet at: Ye Olde Kings Head pub, 50 Lower Bridge Street, Chester, CH1 1RS - Mondays at 18:30-23:00. Please remember that under 18's are only allowed until 20:00 due to the venue. layers, organise big board games, and even get help from other games on a particularly difficult problems (also known as *players*...). If you are new to the club, you can post here and say hi, or come and find us (the right-hand tunnel of the pub is probably the best place to start). We will be the ones clustered around boardgames, or rolling dice. There are always plenty of games for you to join in with, and you are welcome to bring your own, and invite others to join you. How do I come along and play games?
- Just turn up. We have RPGs running every week, ask on the group in advance if you want to join in one if there's space, or ask the GMs on the night if they know if there will be availability in the future. If you want to run an RPG then please post here and walk round the club to gain players - we're always grateful for new GMs. If you're more into board games or CCGs then it's even easier - turn up with games / decks and see if anyone wants to play with you. We don't normally organise board games in advance, and there are always spare board games brought by members who may be willing to lend to you if you want to play something new.
