Ahead of the summer our kitchen is trialling some new small plates to put on our bar snacks menu. 🍽️💁‍♀️

This week Chef Neil is putting on some Albóndigas. Spanish style herb crusted pork meatballs served with a rich tomato sauce & some garlic flatbread. 🍅🇪🇸

A big shout out to Paige from the kitchen team, this is the first time we are putting on one of her dish concepts!

This week's tantalising specials

As per request!

We're very excited to have a holy communion celebration this weekend! The family have requested a gorgeous lasagna with all the accompaniments as part of their hot buffet selection. Therefore we have decided to widen the offering to everyone else as it always goes down a treat! So come down and get it while its hot!

Oven baked Lasagnas served with a rocket & heritage tomato salad with the option of garlic and butter flatbread cooked over our char grill.

We also have a Sea bass as our special fish dish this week. From Fleetwood, being served alongside caviar and prawns in a beurre blanc sauce, with roasted new potatoes, tender stem broccoli, samphire to finish
