Meet our team
You know the faces, you know the pub… but how well do you know the people behind it? 👀
This Monday, we’re introducing four of the team who make the North Star what it is. From looking after our locals to keeping the kitchen in check (and making sure the pints are flowing after shift), here’s your Monday evening crew!
Paige - Shift Supervisor
If there’s one person who makes you feel like you’ve known her forever, it’s Paige. She knows our locals inside out and always makes time for people. Warm, caring and the sort of person who’ll go above and beyond to help you out. We’re very lucky to have her!
Coby - Front of House
Our resident jokester! Coby’s personality keeps team morale high, and there’s never a dull moment when he’s around. Do we ever find his enthusiasm annoying? Absolutely not… (We promise!)
Zeph - Kitchen Team
A little magician in the kitchen! Zeph has a keen eye for perfection and takes pride in getting things just right. But once the shift is over? You can usually find her with a pint of Asahi in hand. Priorities, correct!
Warren - Kitchen Team
This is our Kitchen Manager Ruth’s dad, Warren has spent most of his working life in kitchens, so he knows a thing or two! He’s the one keeping everyone in check when it comes to tidiness and cleanliness. And once his Monday shift is done, you’ll often find him swapping the kitchen for a seat with our Monday Club and a few well-earned pints.
