Two of possibly the most sought after bourbons have just landed in our Old & Rare cabinet. These drams are only available for a limited time by the glass!

-Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year (107 Proof)
A legendary wheated bourbon aged for 10 years and bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV). Expect rich notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and dark fruit with an exceptionally smooth finish. Produced in extremely limited quantities, this is a bottle that many collectors spend years trying to find.

🥃 Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 15 Year
Often regarded as one of the finest bourbons ever made. Aged for 15 years, this iconic wheated bourbon delivers luxurious layers of maple syrup, leather, baking spices, dark cherries and mature oak. Its rarity and worldwide demand have made it one of the most collectible whiskies on the planet.

Summer sipping just got a little more exciting!Cù Bòcan Creation 8 is a vibrant Highland single malt packed with juicy orchard fruits, bright citrus, sweet vanilla, warming spice, and a gentle touch of smoke. Campbeltown whisky fans, We have got something special for you! Three fantastic single malts have just landed on our bar and all three are now available by the glass.

Kilkerran 12 Year Old — A beautifully balanced Campbeltown single malt with notes of citrus, vanilla, honey, gentle smoke and a touch of coastal salinity.

Longrow Peated — A bold, heavily peated whisky from Springbank Distillery. Smoky, oily and full-bodied, with maritime character, sweet malt, spice and a long smoky finish.

Kilkerran 8 Year Old Sherry Cask Matured — Bottled at cask strength, this rich and powerful single malt brings deep sherry character, dried fruit, dark chocolate, spice and classic Campbeltown coastal notes.

Whether you are already a Campbeltown whisky lover or looking to explore one of Scotland’s most distinctive whisky regions, this is a great opportunity to try these bottles without committing to the whole bottle.

With very limited availability in the UK and not yet widely available for retail purchase, this is a rare opportunity to experience one of Kentucky’s most sought-after wheated bourbons without committing to a full bottle.

Bottled at 100 proof (50%) and aged for 7 years. Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond delivers rich notes of caramel, vanilla, honey, toasted oak and baking spice, balanced by the smooth, elegant character that has made the Old Fitzgerald name legendary among bourbon enthusiasts.
