STEINS AT THE READY, THE BIERKELLER IS BACK🍺🇩🇪

Oktoberfest returns to Sandford Park from 21st September – 4th October, and this year, we’re getting competitive. 👀

We’ve got five Bierkeller games lined up across the two weekends:

🥨 Hands Off My Pretzel
🍺 Steinway to Heaven
🥨 Pretzel Toss
🌿 Huff & Hop

Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper Bierkeller without the music. Our live Oompah band will take over the marquee every Friday & Saturday, bringing plenty of brass and singalongs 🎺🍻

Then on Friday 25th September, we’ll officially open the Bierkeller with the tapping of the first barrel.

If you’re planning on joining us, make sure you get your table booked in, particularly for the weekends. Dust off the lederhosen, bring your competitive side, and we’ll take care of the b**r.

THE SANDFORD PARK BIERKELLER IS BACK. PROST! 🍻

Our 7th annual Oktoberfest returns from 21st September – 4th Oktober, and this year we’re going bigger.

For two weeks, the Alehouse becomes The Sandford Park Bierkeller, with our b**r garden transformed into Cheltenham’s very own Munich B**r Garden 🍺

Expect long tables, steins of great German b**r, a full Oktoberfest food menu, live Oompah music, games, competitions and plenty more!

And we’ll be kicking things off properly…

Friday 25th September marks the official opening of the Bierkeller, with the ribbon cut and the first barrel tapped. We’ve got a special guest doing the honours this year too… more on that very soon 🛢️

Then it’s over to our five piece Oompah band, playing live from 7pm–10pm every Friday and Saturday across both weekends 🎶

There’ll also be stein holding competitions and festival games across both weekends, with prizes up for grabs 🏆

And it wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without the outfits. The whole team will be getting dressed up and we’d love you to join us 🇩🇪

Lederhosen, dirndls and your best Oktoberfest get up are much encouraged, with prizes for the best dressed 🎁

Rum & Wing Fest Is Back 🍹🍗

Our 3rd Annual Rum & Wing Fest with Chicken Coop is nearly here

Friday 14th - Tuesday 18th August. Five full days of it.

🍹The Sandford Park Alehouse Rum Bar returns, with 20+ rums behind the bar

🍸We’ve got 10+ cocktails on the menu, including Ian Burrell’s famous Rum Punch, plus frozen rum cocktails

🍗Chicken Coop will be running their 2026 Festival Menu for all five days

🐊We’ve teamed up with DEYA for a Tap Takeover, with 9 DEYA b**rs on tap as part of their Best in the West celebrations

👕And yes, we want to see your best rum shirts. The team will be picking their favourites every day, with a ‘tot and a wing’ up for grabs.

🥁Plus, we’ll have live steel band music on Friday, Saturday & Sunday

So, plenty of rum, cocktails, wing and great b**r.

Tables are already booking up, so get yours booked and we’ll see you at the bar 🍻
