STRAWBERRY MOJITO.
Take fresh strawberries, mint and lime, muddle them up, add some crushed ice and rum. DONT be shy with the rum. Add some sugar to taste, stir, cap with ice, garnish and serve.

Easy to make at home but why bother when you can try them tonight at our open mic night from 8pm and all weekend?!

The weekends done, what did you miss?...

Thursday: saw the first of our open mic night with dan & friends, same again this week if you drink or play?

Friday: full house upstairs. This week Ant Vucic will be playing, keep him company.

Saturday: usual busy one but this week saw 'the r***e' & 'ksh' smash the after party!!
