The Tulip 🌷boasts a large sun trap garden area plus 3 internal bar areas including our sports bar area featuring a pool table, 2 dart boards, 5 TV screens and our famous nostalgia juke box. The Tulip is a local Gray & Sons pub situated in the heart of Old Springfield with a rich history dating back to the 18th Century. The current Landlord & Landlady, Lee and Lindsey have run the pub since March 2025 and in that time have made many improvements, including the introduction of Sky and TNT Sports and a new daily food menu. Ensuring that the traditional side of the pub is preserved, The Tulip boasts 3 main bars to cater for all ages. The Saloon bar is the oldest part of the building, with wooden beams and a traditional fire place providing the perfect atmosphere for those more intimate or quieter catch up's. The In-between Lounge area has leather chairs and low level lighting, perfect for a few beers or glasses of wine with friends. The main sports bar is a very large open area which has been decorated to a high standard and boasts a state of the art sound and entertainment system, a Nostaliga Jukebox, Pool table and 2 Dartboards. We also offer DJ services and catering for all special occasions. Food is available Monday-Thursday 12 noon till 3pm and 5pm till 8pm, Friday and Saturday 12 noon till 3pm and 12 noon till 6pm Sundays. We also host Embers Wood Fired Pizza in our carpark from 4pm till 8pm every Friday and Saturday.
