Christmas is coming to Galvin Green Man 🎄

A crackling fire, frosty fields outside and your favourite people gathered around the table.

From 16 November, our historic pub and modern restaurant is ready for the season, with festive menus crafted by our kitchen. Think turkey ballotine, cured Hampshire trout and Christmas pudding with brandy cream.

Celebrate with loved ones in one of our private dining rooms, enjoy festive dishes from our à la carte and Bib Gourmand set menu, or let us do the cooking this year with Boxing Day lunch.

📚 The Galvin Book Club returns, with Adam Byatt.

On Tuesday 17th November, we're welcoming one of London's most respected chefs to Galvin Green Man.
Adam is the chef-patron of Trinity in Clapham, the Michelin-starred neighbourhood restaurant he opened in 2006. Chefs and food lovers alike admire it for its generous, ingredient-led cooking.

Over lunch, Adam will talk about his career, the story behind Trinity, how he approaches cooking, and how he made his new book, Trinity – The Cookbook.
