Overlooking the historic cobbled market place complete with stocks and an ancient market cross, The Roebuck is a 17th century inn offering traditional home cooked food and a selection of cask ales. Chapel-en-le-frith is a market town located 10 minutes from Buxton. It is ideally located for those visiting the Peak District with its breathtaking landscapes, bustling market towns and fascinating cul

tural and historical heritage. During January & Early February 2017 The Roebuck was extensively refurbished whilst maintaining its old world charm.

CUSTOMER NOTICE.

As a few people already know, we are leaving The Roebuck in a few weeks.
This is obviously not something we wanted to ever happen, but it’s something out of our control. We just want to thank every customer past and present who have made the effort to pop in, say hello or stay with us. We love each and every one of you and have enjoyed our time here. We hope to see you all in the future and again, thank you for making this past year and bit so amazing for us. ❤️

We shall still be open tomorrow and Wednesday for knit & natter and D&D but they are our final days to allow us to pack and get sorted.

We want to say a huge thank you to Co-op Chapel for donating to our collection point for roughleys egg run! With out donations like this we can’t help bring smiles to young people across the north west today is the last full day that you can donate eggs and any cash you wish to! The run leaves Stockport Tesco at 11am this Sunday if you like to see what it’s all about head down!
