I regret to announce that Chalfont Comedy at the Greyhound Inn is no more. Despite the efforts of the pub and I to entice punters, we failed to attract an audience, so it is time to admit defeat. Thank you everyone for liking our page. I only wish we had had a quarter of those 'likes' sitting in the seats at the Greyhound. Thank you also to all the acts who made what in most cases turned out to be a thankless journey. I hope to see you all on the circuit, but for now I'm hanging up my promoter/booker's hat.

Hello all
I am very pleased to announce our top-notch comedy bill for Monday 25th January, at the Greyhound.
Headlining is Eshaan Akbar, most recently winner of Piccadilly Comedy Club New Comedian of the Year and the MC will be comedy veteran Matthew Baylis.
Support acts are Sandra Hale (recently crowned Queen of Herts comedy), David McIver (Tickled Pig Finalist and winner of Beat the Blackout at Up the Creek), Rebekka Turner (Laughing Horse New Act of the Year Semi-Finalist) Trev Tokabi and Daniel Offen.

Morning everyone. We have had to cancel the night planned for Sunday 13th December, unfortunately. Chalfont Comedy will be relaunched in the New Year, and will be on Mondays from now on.
The first night of 2015 will be Monday 25th January. Details of the line-up will follow soon. Thanks for your interest and support.

Following on from our successful first night on Sunday 11th October, our second Chalfont Comedy will be on Sunday 8th November at 8pm. Our headliner is Katie Lane, who will be supported by Alex Kealy, Dave Bailey, Graham Milton, Stella Graham and Dylan Gott. Our MC is Nig Lovell.
