Lovely to host a gathering of farmers last night from all over the province to learn about agroforestry in Ireland. A team reported back from visits they'd made earlier in the year and we enjoyed delicious bowls of 'Festive Fries' from Missy & Me Ltd. 😋🌳🌿🍂🍁🪾🐄🐑👩‍🌾

We had a great evening at Heaney Brewery to learn about the fascinating process of making beer and to taste the results!🍺 Big thanks to Mal and Suzanne for giving up an evening in half term 😂 Mal's passion for his craft shines through. Expertise and attention to detail are needed when managing all the flavours and seasonal variation of the ingredients. (Am I becoming too nerdy now?! 🤓)
