We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join the team at The Marina Restaurant at The Windrose, Carrickfergus Marina.

We currently have opportunities for:

👨‍🍳 HEAD CHEF
An experienced and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, maintain excellent standards and help develop our menus and food offering.

👨‍🍳 SOUS CHEF
A talented and reliable Sous Chef with strong kitchen experience, attention to detail and the ability to support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high-quality food.

🍽️ RESTAURANT MANAGER
An experienced Restaurant Manager with excellent leadership, organisational and customer-service skills to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Marina Restaurant and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment
• High standards and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A professional, positive and hands-on approach
• Passion for great food, service and hospitality

We offer competitive rates of pay, an excellent working environment and the opportunity to become part of an established and growing hospitality business in a fantastic marina setting.
