We offer a warm and inviting lodge style hotel, restaurant and coffee shop, conveniently located in the market town of Carnforth, close to junction 35 of the M6. We have one family suite which sleeps 4, eight double rooms and three twin rooms. Facilities in our rooms include tea/coffee making, hair dryer and colour TV. We also have a Restaurant which offers a la carte menu as well as daily special

s. Plus our dog friendly coffee shop is open daily from 9am offering delicious cakes, light bite lunches, locally brewed coffee, tea and various other cold drinks. Our Bay Suite is perfect for functions and can accommodate up to 100 guests. We also have a Conference Room(1stFloor) which can accommodate 16 people for meetings, small seminars or small training sessions.

Can we please stop all the silly rumours, it was amusing at first to see how silly people are to believe things, but now it's getting out of hand. We've had messages left from withheld numbers and people are talking about protesting? Some are actually stating with confidence that it IS true and some local builders 'have the contract', what contract??

THE COUNTY IS NOT GOING TO BE USED TO HOUSE IMMIGRANTS OR ASYLUM SEEKERS.

The County is owned by the same people that have had it the last 3 or so years, our 12 rooms are used as a normal hotel and we open our coffee shop 5 mornings a week.

Week on week those that come say it’s “Delicious”. 3 types of potato as standard, Cauli cheese, honey roasted parsnips and carrots, plenty of veg and of course big fluffy yorkies! Anyone booking in TODAY quoting Facebook10 will get 10% off the price of their carvery (excludes drinks and desserts)!! 12-3pm every Sunday 😊 🍗

Unfortunately we won’t be running our usual Carvery today, we have a function and due to staff shortages today we are unable to do both. We apologise for any inconvenience and we will will be back next week!

We have had an issue with our boiler this last week and a bit (it died 😂) but it has now been replaced and we are back open! Emily is waiting now to make you delicious coffees and Marjorie will be in from 12-3pm when food will be served!

We found a bike just propped up against the wall in our car park on Sunday night/early hours of Monday, we put it safe thinking someone would come asking for it if they’d left it there but no one has. Is anyone missing a white bike, maybe you’ve had one taken? If you have please contact us and if you can tell me what it’s like and the make we can reunite you 😊
