Situated in the centre of Carmarthen, with easy access to shops, Carmarthen Market and business areas. Other Carmarthenshire attractions and destinations can easily be reached from the Hotel. Both the National Botanical Garden and Aberglasny Gardens are in easy driving distance, and so are popular Carmarthenshire beaches. The Hotel is also ideally placed if you intend to visit the Carmarthen Sowground at Nantyci or you may want to visit one of Carmarthenshires newsest attractions, the FFos Las Racecourse. We’re a long-established, family-run hotel in the heart of Carmarthen and pride ourselves on having a friendly, welcoming working environment with a great team around us.
We have these positions available:

Front of House
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident and enjoys working with people. Duties will include looking after our guests, serving food and drinks and helping to make sure everyone receives the warm welcome and good service the Falcon is known for.

Housekeeping
We’re looking for someone with a good eye for detail who takes pride in keeping our bedrooms and hotel areas clean, comfortable and beautifully presented for our guests.
For both roles, we’re looking for people who are:
• Reliable and dependable
• Friendly and approachable
• Happy to work as part of a team
• Willing to get stuck in and help where needed
• Proud to do a job well

Hours are part-time and negotiable, and we’re happy to discuss working patterns to suit the right person.

Previous experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability are just as important to us.
