The smallest pub in Wales… but with the biggest personality (and the best jukebox in town).

We’re on the lookout for a pint-pulling hero with top-tier banter to join our tiny but mighty team at The Plume of Feathers, Carmarthen.

This isn’t just any pub job – this is working in a place where:

You can lean against one wall and nearly touch the other.

The locals are friendlier than your aunty after two glasses of Pinot.

The jukebox slaps harder than a Friday night in Nandos after payday.

We need someone who:

Can chat rugby, weather, and town gossip without missing a beat.

Pours a pint smoother than our jukebox plays Tom Jones.

Has enough wit to keep up with the locals (warning: they’ll test you).

Doesn’t mind that our beer garden is basically the pavement.

What you’ll get:

A proper wage (we know you’ve got bills).

A shift full of laughs and legendary tunes.

We do not do breakfast but.. we do the best pint in the u.k with the best Barman/landlord. If you could pop back between Tuesday-Thursday in the forseeable future… there’s a free pint waiting / we’re desperate to get a picture of you for our wall! 🍻😜
