The bar and kitchen will be open from 12pm on Tuesday and we’ll be running our Aperitivo Offer until 6pm 🍹

Quiz Night is back on Monday 15th June from 7pm and our Ocean will be your quizmaster! 🐠

*Introducing* The Poldo Hugo! This summery little number was inspired by a recent trip to Murano, and the gorgeous bar kiosk there Bar Poldo, where we enjoyed something similar.
Pink Prosecco, Pink Gin, Elderflower, Mint & Strawberry and a dash of Soda, if sunshine had a flavour it would be this.
Currently just on as a special so grab it while you can 🌞☀️🍓

You may remember that Lottie, Ziggy and Kayla headed over the bridge a couple of months ago to join the “International Women’s Collab Brew Day” 🍻

The result of the day was “The Sum of Us”; a brew with a powerful statement!
“A timeless Gose - a soft base of Pils and wheat malt, Tango hops bringing the energy with hits of Passionfruit & Grapefruit. We added Coriander seeds for a spicy character and Salt to round off the edges. We wanted to show off the raw power of this style, embodying the natural strength of all of us, the women who love, work with and drink beer!”

We celebrate the women, non-binary and gender non-conforming people in hospitality and recognise the barriers and biases they face in a male-dominated industry 🧡

10p from every can sold will go directly to this year’s chosen charity who offer mental health support for women across Bristol 🧠
