🏆 WHAT IS GOING ON TODAY?! 🏆
There must be something in the air today! After finding out earlier that we’ve been awarded the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award, we’ve now had the fantastic news that we’ve also been awarded the Good Food Award Gold Seal! 🥇
The Good Food Awards are based on customer feedback and votes, which makes this one particularly special to us. To know that our customers have taken the time to vote for us and recognise what we do means a huge amount to the whole team.
A massive thank you to our talented kitchen team for the food you produce day in, day out, and to all of our front of house team who help make the whole experience happen.
But, of course, the biggest thank you has to go to our fabulous customers ❤️
Your continued support means everything to us, and the fact that so many of you have gone out of your way to vote for us again this year is something we genuinely appreciate.

After the huge success of the last two years, we're celebrating Christmas once again with our Winter Ball evenings - and this year, we will be taking things up a notch!

We're again transforming our heated marquee into a magical winter wonderland, ready to welcome you for an evening of festive food, music and Christmas fun.

Imagine arriving at The Red House with snow-covered trees, realistic falling snow effects in the gardens and the glow of our Christmas decorations all around you. Head outside to the fire pit, toast marshmallows and soak up the festive atmosphere before heading back inside for your Christmas celebrations.

Enjoy a delicious three-course Christmas dinner, followed by an evening of dancing with our DJ, playing party favourites, classic hits and plenty of Christmas anthems.

Whether you're celebrating with friends, family or work colleagues, our Winter Ball evenings are the perfect excuse to get dressed up and enjoy a proper Christmas night out. ✨

We are backing this campaign to get the hospitality industry back on track!

The hospitality sector has come together to launch – a united campaign and petition calling for hospitality VAT to be reduced from 20% to 10%.

Spearheaded by chef and publican Tom Kerridge, we’re working alongside trade bodies across the sector, such as and , hospitality communities like , and you, businesses across hospitality, to say 10% VAT is fair for hospitality.

Our sector pays too much tax, and VAT is the single biggest lever the Government can pull to support venues, our customers, our high streets and our local communities.

This campaign is for everyone: businesses, customers, waiting staff, chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff, hotel teams, farmers, brewers, suppliers and producers.
