Due to a set of rather exceptional circumstances, and an alignment of events completely out of our control, we are putting the quiz on hold for the rest of the summer

Due to the likelihood of extremely hot temperatures and a very busy pub due to the town bumps, we are putting on hold this coming Monday's quiz.

Folk are clamouring for many things, the head of Boris on a Tower of London spike, honesty in government, cheaper energy bills, and of course the return of THE QUIZ.
There's nothing we can do about somethings but we can announce that the quiz is returning to your favourite pub on

BREAKING NEWS
It is with sadness, but sense that we have made the decision to cancel the Christmas quiz due to be held this Monday
I'm sure you are all aware of the current situation and uncertainty of what lies ahead. Customer and staff safety are our main priority.
We are unable for various reasons to host the quiz on-line at the moment, but are working on various solutions for the future and whatever it holds
Apologies to everyone, the pub however remains open
The Quiz would have raised money for our local charity, The Red Hen Project.
