The Brig o' Turk big Scottish breakfast challenge

This idea came from an entertaining You Tube dude

Cooked in our wood fired ovens.

Aproximately 20 000 calories.

18 rashers of Ayrshire bacon
12 link sausages
6 steak lorne sausages
12 free range eggs
6 hash browns
6 potato waffles
Half a field of mushrooms (1Kg)
6 tattie scones
6 portions of haggis
6 portions of black pudding
A big bowl of baked beans (2Kg)
6 baked tomatoes
6 slices of toast & butter
Tea/coffee/juice/water as required
