Buxton Working Mens Club A friendly, fun club where you can relax, socialise and enjoy yourself. We have fantastic entertainment at weekends including Bingo and a well stocked bar.

We now have a Defibrillator at the club and fully trained staff to operate it . Buxton Working Mens is home to some great family entertainment, traditional pub games, Bingo and Live artists at weekends. We have 2 pool tables, 2 Snooker tables and we have 2 darts boards in the lounge/tap room and a further 3 available for competitions, we regularly host dart and domino competitions and have teams w

ho regularly compete. We have facilities to offer our concert room for hire to members at a fantastic rate (any nights available except Saturdays and Sundays.) We can also provide a buffet (subject to stewardes's acceptance)
All enquires please call in and see Vicky the stewardess behind the bar and apply in writing to the committee for approval. All the club's facilities are available to fully paid up members, associate members and properly signed in guests. Memberships are £6 a year, £6 for oap's for the first year then only £2 each subsequent year. Please fill out a membership application and place in the membership box if you would like to join. If only visiting please sign in to use the club, this is £2.

We are looking for a Bar Manager/ worker who ideally has experience in running a bar/cellar, with experience of cleaning lines, managing and rotating stock. You will ideally be a people person who can provide references for past roles! you will be required to maintain a clean and tidy environment, be able to manage other staff, write a work rota and meet deliveries as and when.

Salary will be above minimum wage.
