So what do you get for your £27.50 adult all day ticket (kids under 18 are free folks!) - well, too much to put on one of our social media pics thats for sure, although I did try. Not to mention the stunning setting of Nowton Park Walled Garden, family friendly vibe and the nicest bunch of festival goers you could ever hope to bump into. Our thanks go to the BTS Group for their enlightened policy of supporting key members of staff with sponsorship, in this case our very own festival co-founder, Gavin. The BTS Group sponsorship allows us to keep tickets ultra low, provide free entry for anyone under 18 and keep your favourite family festival sustainable.

Where would we be without our wonderful sponsors? Lets look at what the NASUWT did for us last year and have promised for this year too. Firstly, they blocked booked tickets for their members so they could have a great evening out and boy, did they know how to party! Secondly, it was great to see sponsorship of this kind where everyone benefits, especially hard working teachers as members of a union that clearly understands the need to invest in down time for its members.

Thanks from all of us at BFF to all of you!

We're pleased to welcome John and Pauline Pearce to the line up - quirky, funny and genuinely moving songs based on stories from real life. 'We like to write about a range of subjects and tend to steer away from love songs (there are plenty of good love songs around already) preferring our songs to tell a good story following in the Folk tradition'.

We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly festival so all the kids go free! There's loads to do in addition to our two stages of live music - storytelling, willow weaving, arts and crafts, giant games, our family barn dance and lots more including the whole of Nowton Park to explore. For families with older kids in tow, our 'kids are free' policy extends to under 18's, believe it or not. A perfect family day out.
