⚠️ bit of a long one ⚠️
Well, that's it... the end of The Leopard doing things the Towner way. ❤️🐆🍻
Over the last 2+ years, I've done my very best to make The Leopard a place where everyone felt welcome and comfortable. A place where people could come to celebrate the good times 🎉, share their worries during the difficult times 💙, and most importantly, feel like part of our little Leopard family.
Last night was truly special, and I want to thank every single person who came along and helped make it a night I'll never forget. Watching the videos back today with a tear in my eye 😢, I'm reminded of just how many incredible memories we've made together.
I was completely overwhelmed by the kindness shown to us. The collection from my daily regulars, the cards 💌, the thoughtful gifts 🎁, and the beautiful flowers 💐 meant more than you'll ever know. Your generosity and support truly touched us, and we are so grateful to every single person who contributed. The love in that room last night was something I'll never forget. ❤️
There are so many people who have become such a huge part of our lives during our time at The Leopard.
A massive thank you to our neighbours, especially Maxine, who has become such a huge part of our family ❤️. To the Lamb family and partners, thank you for welcoming us into your family and making us feel like we belonged from day one. And to the cousins... you are an absolute nightmare at times 😂, but we genuinely wouldn't have you any other way! ❤️
To the Smith family, thank you for your constant support, the family gatherings, the thoughtful messages when they were needed most, and of course for providing our very own exclusive Doggy Air BnB whenever required! 🐶🏡
To Jan and Steve, thank you for being our surrogate parents ❤️. Always there with support, advice and a friendly face when we needed it.
To the darts team 🎯, thank you for putting up with my abuse week in, week out. Somehow you all kept coming back! 😂🍺
And Castle John... God, I'm going to miss that man. ❤️ He means the absolute world to us and has been a huge part of our Leopard journey.
A special mention to the coffin dodgers too 🤣❤️... you know who you are! I'm going to miss every single one of you.
Finally, to our amazing bar staff 🍻❤️. Thank you for your hard work, loyalty, dedication and for always keeping the atmosphere, laughter and good vibes going. You helped make The Leopard what it was, and we couldn't have done it without you.
The friendships formed over the last few years are something I'll cherish forever. What started as a new adventure taught us so much about pub life, the community and ourselves. We've laughed 😂, cried 😢, celebrated 🎉, supported one another ❤️ and created memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.
As one chapter closes, another begins. Our time at The Leopard has given us the experience, confidence and passion to take the next step and move on to the next level. 🚀

The Leopard may be behind us, but the friendships, memories and family we've gained will stay with us forever. ❤️🐆
