After nearly a year's break, it's time to start brewing again. The new abode came complete with a brew house, cellar and rhubarb patch. A batch of rhubarb wine started today to get back into the swing of things.

It hasn't all been drinking lately.... Five years ago, over a pint (naturally), my mate Paul suggested using up surplus blackcurrants by turning them into wine and The Bamboo Brewery was born. So, Paul marrying his sweetheart Becky couldn't be passed by without a special brew. Cue some Blackcurrant Port!

Last of the summer wine.... There's now some space in the freezer now that the final fruit destined for wine making is being turned into wine. Carrying on the experimental nature of this season, there's blackcurrant & elderberry and gooseberry & elderflower bubbling away.
