Our mums and babies walk and talk will continue once we are back !

Postnatal depression is real , it’s not spoken about enough .

It’s nothing to be ashamed of sometimes life just throws things at us .

Every mum needs someone needs to be told they doing amazing or just to talk 🗣️ to another mother .

We are also going to add coffee dates !
And add a few baby items so this way while you’re having a natta the little one is also happy !

The same day & time each week will be dedicated to you 1:30pm till 3:30pm every a Tuesday .
