Shepherd and Crook The Shepherd and Crook is a charming free house in the picturesque village of Burmarsh. We pride ourselves on serving well kept real ales and good food.

The pub has one of the oldest pub games, ring on a string. A gem on the Marsh, well worth finding.

It is officially our last weekend at the pub. It's been a blast and we've met some lovely people. We are open for drinks only this weekend. Kicking off with Karaoke on Friday evening. Saturday we open at 4pm, Sunday at 3pm. Next Wednesday we will be handing the keys over to Jess and wishing her loads of luck ❤

Fantastic night at the Shepherd and Crook last night. Thank you to Crooked style for great music. A big thank you to all those who bought raffle tickets. £230 was raised in aid of church hall fund and Burmarsh children's fund.

We have taken the decision not to open until 5pm today, by which time hopefully we will have power again. If anyone in the village is desperate for hot water, we can fill a flask for you, as we have a camping kettle and gas hob, just knock on front door before 12pm
